The Reef collection reinterprets iconic artisanal watercolor and brushstroke craftsmanship through a striking subway format. Beautifully mimicking traditional hand-painted and chiseled clay surfaces, this product classification boasts distinctive undulating faces and raw styling that creates an organic, multi-dimensional texture. Every piece exhibits a unique character, combining a refined gloss glaze with rich tonal movement to bring timeless, bespoke character into contemporary living areas.
Derived from rich regional landscapes and artistic palettes, the curated color range includes Reef Licorice, Reef Ocean, Reef Persian Blue, Reef Pebble, Reef Olio, Reef Blanc, Reef Ocre, Reef Calico, Reef Turchese, and Reef Forest. Specifically engineered for sophisticated walls, these high-character surfaces are ideal for elevated kitchen splashbacks, statement bathroom features, and shower enclosures, performing beautifully when arranged in stacked grid, brick bond, or herringbone patterns to maximize light reflection.
Engineered with premium durability in mind, the series relies on a specialized manufacturing process by Marazzi that captures authentic surface imperfections, delicate brush dynamics, and pooling glazes typical of historic hand-molded tiles. The collection holds a substantial shade variation rating, intentionally engineered so that no two tiles are identical, creating the signature color movement of traditional Moroccan Zellige-style work. Finished with a lush, light-catching finish and featuring subtly organic cushion-like edge dynamics, these tiles install tightly together to deliver a rich, contiguous wall statement.
