Fumo

Fumo is a porcelain tile collection inspired by the softly worn character of handmade cement tiles. Its extra-matt surface combines subtle shading, gentle tonal movement and understated variation to create a relaxed, timeworn appearance with warmth and organic elegance.

The collection is available in six coordinated colourways. Grigio provides a soft warm grey, while Verde introduces a muted sage green. Azzurro offers a restrained blue-teal tone, and Terra brings an earthy terracotta-brown appearance. Carbone creates a deeper charcoal grey, while Osso completes the palette with a warm ivory-white neutral.

Changes in shade, texture and surface movement between individual pieces create a blended installation with greater depth than a uniformly coloured tile. These variations are intentional and contribute to Fumo’s handmade cement-tile aesthetic.

The extra-matt surface produces a soft, low-reflection appearance that allows the subtle shading and mineral character to remain visible. StepWise technology combines slip resistance with a surface designed to remain smooth to the touch and easy to clean.

The compact 100 × 100 mm format provides flexibility for floors, walls and feature areas. Tiles may be installed in aligned or offset layouts, used as a single colour or combined across the coordinated palette to create more expressive compositions.

Fumo can be coordinated with timber, terrazzo, natural stone, warm neutral finishes and brushed or aged metal fixtures. Grigio, Carbone and Osso suit restrained monochromatic interiors, while Verde, Azzurro and Terra can introduce softer colour and warmth.

Manufactured from frost-resistant porcelain stoneware with a nominal thickness of 10 mm, Fumo is suitable for wall and floor applications. It may be considered for bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks, laundries, powder rooms, living areas, entryways and selected commercial environments, subject to the requirements of the intended installation.

Variation in colour, shade and surface character should be expected between individual tiles. These characteristics are intentional and form part of Fumo’s blended, handmade appearance. Viewing current samples and multiple pieces is recommended before final selection.
