Designed by Ferruccio Laviani and made in Italy by Bisazza, André Blanc is a refined decorative glass mosaic from the Timeless collection. Its repeating ornamental motif is drawn in fine silver-grey and charcoal lines over a luminous white ground, creating a restrained textile-like surface with a subtle architectural rhythm. The delicate 10 x 10 mm tesserae allow the pattern to remain crisp while light moves across the glass and precious-metal details.
André Blanc brings quiet sophistication to bathrooms, showers, feature walls and luxury interior schemes. Its pale monochromatic palette works naturally with marble, brushed metal, white joinery and contemporary furniture, while the repeating motif can be used across large surfaces without becoming visually heavy. The decoration is sold by square metre and can be adapted to the project surface, with colour customisation available through Bisazza's design service.
The composition combines Oro Bis 10.4, Smalto SM 10.90 and SM 10.35. It is supplied paper-face mounted, and Bisazza recommends Fillgel Plus 1103 Bianco Neve grout. André Blanc is suitable for interior walls and showers with the specified Bisazza system but is not suitable for interior or exterior floors. For exterior walls, swimming pools, spas and humid environments, Bisazza specifies replacing the Oro Bis component with Platino mosaic and using the Epoxy Pool Installation System.
André Blanc is manufactured in Italy. Individual tesserae measure 10 x 10 mm with an approximate thickness of 4 mm. Standard sheets measure approximately 322 x 322 mm and contain 900 tesserae, with an approximate 0.76 mm joint and weight of around 7 kg/m2. The complete decorative module measures approximately 129 x 291 cm.
Glass and precious-metal mosaic reflectivity changes with lighting, water, grout selection and viewing angle. Minor variation between batches and individual tesserae is expected, while photographs and screens are indicative only. Review current samples and approved artwork before ordering, and confirm any Platino substitution plus the required adhesive, grout and installation system with Bisazza and a qualified mosaic installer.
