agave
Agave

Agave is an Italian-made glass mosaic blend by Bisazza, combining 20 × 20 mm square tesserae in white, pale grey and softly pearlescent tones. Its restrained neutral palette is lifted by subtle iridescent reflections, creating a light and refined surface for contemporary interiors and aquatic environments.

The blend combines Vetricolor VTC 20.32, Vetricolor VTC 20.55 and Gloss GL 01. These coordinated colours are randomly arranged to create gentle tonal movement across bathrooms, showers, swimming pools, spas, kitchen splashbacks and decorative feature walls.

Agave combines the lightly sand-blasted appearance of Vetricolor glass with the shifting iridescent reflections of Gloss tesserae. It is suitable for internal walls, selected light-traffic residential floors, external walls, showers, spas and swimming pools. It is not recommended for exterior flooring.

Made in Italy, the 20 × 20 mm tesserae are approximately 4 mm thick and supplied on 322 × 322 mm Hotmelt-mounted sheets. Each sheet contains approximately 225 tesserae with joints of approximately 1.57 mm. A carton contains 20 sheets covering approximately 2.07 m² and weighs approximately 7 kg per square metre. Bisazza recommends Fillgel Plus 1101 Bianco Alabastro grout.

Variations in colour, shade, surface texture and iridescent reflection are inherent characteristics of decorative glass mosaics. Slight chipping may occur as a characteristic of the manufacturing process, and separate production batches may not match exactly. Viewing current samples before final selection is recommended.

KEY FEATURES

Italian-made Bisazza glass mosaic

White, pale grey and softly pearlescent colour blend

Vetricolor VTC 20.32

Vetricolor VTC 20.55

Gloss GL 01

20 × 20 mm bevelled square tesserae

Approximately 4 mm thickness

322 × 322 mm sheet size

Approximately 225 tesserae per sheet

Hotmelt mounted

Mixed light sand-blasted and iridescent finish

Suitable for internal and external walls

Suitable for showers, spas and swimming pools

Suitable for selected light-traffic residential floors

Not recommended for exterior flooring

20 sheets per carton

Approximately 2.07 m² per carton

Recommended grout: Fillgel Plus 1101 Bianco Alabastro

Installation by an experienced mosaic tiler is recommended
