Dark Water

Dark Water is an expressive decorative glass mosaic designed by Tord Boontje for Bisazza’s Modern collection. Its immersive, water-inspired composition combines layered blue tones with the luminous and reflective qualities of finely crafted glass tesserae.

Made with compact 10 × 10 mm mosaic tiles, the design creates a highly detailed surface with subtle changes in colour, texture and light. Dark Water can be adapted to different surface dimensions, while its colours may be customised to complement individual residential, hospitality or wellness projects.

The decoration is supplied in a 1290 × 2910 mm module and assembled on paper-mounted sheets for professional installation. Fillgel Plus 7702 Blu Cobalto is the recommended grout, reinforcing the rich blue palette and maintaining visual continuity across the finished surface.

Dark Water is suitable for internal walls, showers, swimming pools, spas, external walls and light-traffic residential floors. It is not recommended for outdoor flooring. Appropriate Bisazza epoxy installation systems should be used in pools, exterior locations and continuously wet environments.

As mosaic colours and visual effects may vary between production batches and digital displays, viewing a current physical sample is recommended before final specification.
