Begonia

Begonia is an Italian-made Bisazza glass mosaic shading blend that transitions from pale white and mint tones into deeper green and blue. The complete composition uses eight coordinated mosaic mixes to create an elegant floor-to-ceiling colour gradient approximately 259 cm high.

Its fresh aquatic palette works beautifully across bathrooms, showers, swimming pools, spas and decorative feature walls. The graduated arrangement creates visual movement while allowing the installation to move naturally from light, open tones to more saturated colour.

Begonia combines Smalto, Gloss and Le Gemme glass mosaics. The composition includes SM 01, GL 01, GM 20.49, SM 20, GM 20.42, SM 08, GM 20.67, SM 09, GM 20.54 and GM 20.57, creating a mixture of shimmering, iridescent and handcrafted flamed finishes.

The complete module measures approximately 320 × 2588 mm and contains eight paper-face-mounted sheets, with one mix allocated to each sheet. Individual tesserae measure 20 × 20 mm and are approximately 4 mm thick. One complete module covers approximately 0.83 m². The recommended grout is Fillgel Plus 8802 Verde Menta.

Variation in colour, texture, iridescence and metallic movement is an intentional characteristic of this handcrafted glass mosaic. The sheets must be installed in the correct numbered sequence to maintain the designed light-to-dark graduation. Viewing current samples and confirming the laying plan before final installation is recommended.
