Azzurra 12

Azzurra 12 is an Italian-made Bisazza Opus Romano mosaic combining pale blue and icy white tesserae in a soft, understated blend. Its compact square format and gentle colour variation create a clean, tranquil surface suited to both contemporary and traditional spaces.

The fresh blue-and-white palette is particularly suitable for swimming pools, spas, bathrooms and showers. Its durable construction also allows Azzurra 12 to be used across residential and commercial floors, external surfaces, kitchen splashbacks and decorative feature walls.

Azzurra 12 combines Opus Romano colours 12.76 and 12.77. Opus Romano is manufactured from through-body coloured, sintered glass enamel, providing greater durability than conventional decorative glass mosaic while retaining its colour, smooth surface and refined appearance.

Made in Italy, the nominal 12 × 12 mm tesserae measure approximately 11.75 × 11.75 mm and are approximately 4 mm thick. Each paper-face-mounted sheet measures approximately 293 × 293 mm with around 529 tesserae. The order unit contains 15 sheets covering approximately 1.29 m², and the current Bisazza catalogue recommends Fillgel Plus 3305 Grigio Piombo grout.

Variations in colour and surface appearance are inherent characteristics of glass-enamel mosaics. Appearance may also vary between samples, production batches, installed lighting, grout colour and immersion in water. Viewing current samples is recommended before final selection.
