Alma

Alma is an Italian-made glass mosaic blend by Bisazza, distinguished by a refined combination of soft grey, silver, white and pale blue tones. Its 20 × 20 mm square tesserae create a calm, balanced surface with subtle changes in colour, texture and light.

The blend combines Canvas CN 08, Vetricolor VTC 20.56 and Le Gemme GM 20.32 tesserae in a random arrangement. Its understated palette is suitable for bathrooms, showers, swimming pools, spas, kitchen splashbacks and decorative feature surfaces across residential and selected commercial interiors.

Canvas contributes a tactile, fabric-inspired character, while Vetricolor introduces a softly sand-blasted appearance and Le Gemme adds sparkling, handcrafted visual detail. Alma is suitable for internal walls, light-traffic private residential floors, external walls, showers, swimming pools and spas. It is not recommended for external floor applications.

Each tessera measures 20 × 20 mm with a thickness of approximately 4 mm. The mosaics are supplied on 322 × 322 mm Hotmelt-mounted sheets containing 225 tesserae, with an approximate joint width of 1.57 mm. Each carton contains 20 sheets covering approximately 2.07 m² and weighs approximately 7 kg per square metre. Bisazza recommends Fillgel Plus 1104 Neutro Base for standard installations. For exterior or outdoor-pool applications, confirm the appropriate UV-resistant installation and grouting system with Bisazza.

Variations in colour, texture, reflectivity and tessera arrangement are inherent characteristics of decorative glass mosaics. Viewing current samples and confirming the appropriate installation system are recommended before final selection.
